WP 4 Development of modular information services and business applications
Combined modular information and monitoring services on energy, IEQ, personal health and lifestyle will be developed. This modular structure will manage the data and the information from the end-users point of view, providing suitable tailor-made services, fitted to the consumer's specific needs, supporting his/her privacy and security management.
End-users will decide which services they want, how long and during what time, and which data they will offer for these services. The information services will be developed for different types of consumers, each with their specific approach to achieve awareness and a lasting and sustainable behavioural change towards energy efficiency as each typical consumer group has its own motivation and incentives to make behavioural campaigns successful and to embed their behaviour in daily routines.
